Does ASUS Zephyrus G14 Have a Touch Screen?
No. The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 gaming laptop does not have a touch screen.
This applies to the 2020, 2021 and 2022 models, however could potentially change in future. I will update this page if a future G14 comes with a touchscreen.
Check out my full review of the Zephyrus G14 for more details, or here to view current prices.

Hi Jarrod,
Thanks for all of the content you make. I just have a request and didn’t know the best place I could post it. I saw your review of the MSI GE76 Raider (12th gen intel cpu) and the latencymon results. I intend to use this laptop for high intensity audio production, so I would need lower results to avoid audio issues. I was hoping you still had access to the model in case you were willing to try some optimizations to lower the latencymon results.
You could even do this with multiple different high end models (I think asus, such as the M16 is really good this year for latency, but a comparison of all high end models would be amazing), which would let you make a video about the best 2022 laptops for audio production perhaps. I have a post here on reddit which details some possible ways to optimize these results, please check it out and let me know if this is possible. (Here is the link, please delete it if it is not allowed on your website comments: https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingLaptops/comments/tbxj88/msi_ge76_raider_optimized_latencymon_results/? ) Otherwise, if you know anyone who has the raider model, maybe they would be willing to take a crack at it.
Thanks!
Jarrod
It’s gone back to Intel, I have more screenshots from all the different tabs of latencymon if that’s useful, just email me or something and I can send them all if you want them.

Hi jarrod , i have recently purchased Asus ROG g14 , lowest edition with amd ryzen 7 5800hs and gtx 1650 , while doing heavy tasks the laptop temps reach
Performance mode
CPU : 85deg
GPU : 77deg
Turbo mode
CPU : 93deg
GPU : 78deg
Are they good
I am not able to clearly understand what the things change in turbo and performance
I want to make my laptop last as long as possible please reccomend some steps to increase battery life and longetivity when using for light work and heavy both
Btw great content on yt i your videos really help
…
Jarrod
Sounds fine to me, pretty standard stuff. Turbo mode boosts the power limits, so you get better performance, but more power equals more heat.

Unrelated but do you consider doing a video on the best laptops under say, £1000, £1500, £2000 and £3000 for example?
Jarrod
Probably not, because I don’t know how much stuff costs, it’s frequently changing, and things are different in different countries before factoring in currency conversion. If I do ever do it, it will be US focused.

Hi Jarrod,
Really like your reviews, man. Now I’m looking for a very good battery life gaming laptop with decent webcam and touchscreen capabilities. Is there any you could recommend?
Jarrod
Touch screens are extremely rare when it comes to gaming laptops, so nothing I’ve reviewed this year comes to mind outside of the ASUS Flow X16, though that’s a bit more expensive as it also functions as the most powerful gaming tablet. Might be better off looking at creator laptops as those still have GPUs and touchscreens are more common, like the MSI Z17 which is my current machine. Not sure about its cam though.
